An example of removing the instrument response from seismograms. Data is from a velocity seismometer, HH? channels, and from an accelerometer, HN? channels. Applying the correction from the instrument we convert both sets of seismograms to displacement in meters using the response from metadata pulled from the IRIS FDSN Station web service. Seismographs are displayed overlain by component to compare north to north and east to east.
